Q: Are your jars airtight? 

A: Yes, they are. We carefully select the items we carry for both function & style. All of our jars have airtight silicone seals that ensure the lids securely seal the containers. Our Acacia Spice Jars have screw caps that ensure spices stay fresh longer. 

 

Q: Are the lids made of natural wood?  

A: Yes, they are either natural Bamboo or Acacia wood. 

 

Q: What is Borosilicate glass? Is it safe for food storage? 

A: Absolutely. In fact, it is THE standard for food safety when it comes to glass. Borosilicate glass is the glass of choice used in  medical labs because it does not allow chemicals to leach. It has higher heat resistance compared to ordinary glass. It’s also thermal-shock resistant - so it can withstand sudden changes in temperature and not crack. Best of all, it is more durable and less  breakable than ordinary glass.  

 

Q: What size jar do I need? 

A: Please see the description for the products for getting a general idea, however, this is only a guide and you can use your own creativity on how to use the jars according to your personal taste and needs.

 

Q: Are the jars dishwasher safe? 

A: The glass is dishwasher safe. However, the lids must be hand washed. 

 

Q: Do I get a discount for signing up? 

A: Yes, you will receive a $10 discount on your first shopping. 

 

Q: Are your prices in Canadian or U.S. Dollars? 

A: You will see the prices in Canadian Dollars, however, the total will change to your local currency at the checkout.

 

Q: How can I pay when I shop at Tidify? 

A: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay and Shop Pay are available in our checkout. Note: PayPal orders with an “Unconfirmed Address” may be declined. 

 

Q: Can I order over the phone? 

A: For security reasons, we do not accept orders over the phone. If you’re not sure how to order online or need help placing your  order, we would be more than happy to walk you through the process. Please contact us! 

 

Q: Do you ship to the US?  

A: Absolutely. We ship to all states and provinces in the United States. 

 

Q: How much does shipping cost? 

A: The detailed shipping price will be calculated at checkout based on the item weight, your choice of shipping method, and your address.

Shipping to the US will be calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight and postal code. 

 

Q: What if my transaction has failed? 

A: If you have paid by credit card and your transaction has failed, your card has not actually been charged.  

 

Q: How long will it take to process my order? 

A: Under normal circumstances, your order will ship within 24 hours. 

 

Q: Once my order ships, when will I receive it? 

A: We ship through Canada Post and a local courier for deliveries in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Under normal circumstances, you will receive your order within 3-5 days 

 

Q: I’ve placed my order – what’s next? 

A: When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming your order was shipped. If your package  was shipped with Canada Post, you will be provided with one tracking number per box shipped. If shipped by our local courier, they  will contact you via email to let you know your package is on the way. 

 

Q: My order didn’t arrive! What should I do? 

A: Before calling to report your package missing, please check your order status first. If Canada Post attempted to deliver your order once, you may need to pick it up at your local Canada Post outlet. If there hasn’t been an attempted delivery or the shipment status is “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us right away. We will open an investigation with Canada Post on your behalf. Canada Post investigations take 2 - 3 weeks for orders  shipped to a Canadian address. Unfortunately, we cannot re-ship or refund your order during this waiting period as orders are usually found and delivered by Canada Post.  

 

Q: Do you have an affiliate program in place?

Q: Do I need to pay Tax on my order? 

A: As required by Canadian law, taxes will be applied to your total order. This will be reflected in your order total at checkout. All  applicable taxes will be charged based on the province your order is being shipped to. 

 

Q: What is your return policy? 

A: At Tidify we’re proud of our product quality. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is  defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We need a photo/video  showing the damaged item in original packaging for the proof of damaged goods. We do not accept refunds for change of mind. To start a return, you can contact us at support@tidify.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well  as instructions on how and where to send your package.
