Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship across Canada. We don't currently ship outside Canada.

What shipping costs

Flat $12 on every order, anywhere in Canada. No weight tiers, no surprises at checkout.

Local pickup

If you're nearby, collect your order from our warehouse in Barrie, Ontario (L4M 6W1) — free. Choose Pickup at checkout and we'll email you the address along with a note when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Payment needs to be completed before pickup, and please bring your confirmation email.

When you'll get it

Orders placed before 11:00 am ship the same day, otherwise the next business day. We ship every day.

We ship with Canada Post, and use a local courier for deliveries in the Greater Toronto Area.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for each box as soon as your order leaves us.

If your order hasn't arrived

Check your tracking first. Couriers sometimes mark a parcel delivered a day or two before it actually lands, and Canada Post may have left it at your local outlet after an attempted delivery. It's worth checking with anyone else at your address too.

If tracking shows no delivery attempt, or shows delivered and you don't have it, message us using the chat button on the site — that's the fastest way to reach us — and we'll open an investigation with Canada Post. Those take two to three weeks, and we can't reship or refund while one is open, as parcels are usually found and delivered.

Changing your address

Get in touch as soon as you've ordered. We can often change the address before the order is picked, but not after. If an order comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll hold it and get in touch. Reshipping to a corrected address is at your cost.

Faster shipping

Our $12 rate covers standard shipping. If you need something sooner, use the chat button before you order and we'll quote expedited shipping based on your address and the size of the order.

Gifts and deadlines

We can't guarantee a delivery date. If something needs to arrive by a particular day, message us on chat as soon as you've placed the order and we'll do what we can.
