Where do you ship?

We ship our products worldwide. 

Do you have a pickup option?

Yes, we do, we are located in Barrie, Ontario and you can pick up your item from our warehouse. The option is available at checkout.

Do you add tax and import taxes to your items posted to the US, UK, Mexico or Australia?

We do not calculate or charge you any kind of tax if you are outside of Canada

How do you calculate the shipment?

The detailed shipping price will be calculated at checkout based on the item weight, your choice of shipping method, and your address.

When will I receive my order?

Your order ships directly from our facilities in Ontario, Canada to you. Excluding deliveries to PO boxes, it will typically take 3-5 business days for items ordered before 11:00 am with standard shipping to be delivered to a buyer located in CANADA wide.
For orders from US residents, delivery times vary due to customs. We do not add tax or customs for our US customers.


How much does shipping cost? 

Standard Shipping price will be calculated at checkout. 

For faster delivery customers can choose from the following options and shipping cost will be calculated accordingly:

- Expedited Parcel

- Priority 

- Xpresspost


The cost of US standard shipping will be calculated based on the weight and distance at the checkout. Due to increased shipping costs by our carriers, we will be updating our shipping rate in the near future.

Customers may incur additional charges for purchases of multiple items or heavy items.

How often do you ship?
We ship every day. You can always find when your items will ship both in the shopping cart and in your receipt (by email). If you ever need to expedite an order, just contact us and we’ll do our best.

I never received my order. What should I do?
Please check the tracking number to see where the order is currently located. It is not uncommon for a courier to mark the order as delivered 2-3 days before it is actually delivered by the courier. You may also want to check with a roommate or neighbors to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.

For security and privacy reasons, we ensure successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, your item(s) will be placed into Tidify Storage under your account. We will contact you via email/phone and will send your order out again to the right address at your cost.
If you still have not received your order, Tidify will assist you in filing a missing package investigation with the courier on your behalf. A missing package investigation can take anywhere between 7-10 business days and you may be required to sign and return an affidavit, among other requirements. Approved claims may be refunded in Tidify credit to be used towards a future purchase to allow you to replace your lost item(s) as quickly as possible.

Tidify reserves the right to deny any claim or request for the refund in connection with a pattern of fraudulent user behavior's that Tidify determines in its sole and reasonable discretion should result in the suspension or termination of such user’s account.

How do I track the status of an order?
When we ship each box, you’ll receive a shipment notification along with your tracking number by email. If you have any questions about an order, you can also contact customer service at: support@tidify.ca

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Please note that Tidify is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been processed. Please contact us asap and we will inform you of your order status and the possibility of changing the shipping address.


If I need to expedite my order will the shipping fee increase?
Our shipping fees apply only to our standard shipping option, which is provided by Canada Post. For expediting the shipment, there is always an extra fee which will be determined by the address, weight and volume of the order.

Where does Tidify ship?
Tidify ships to Canada wide and US. Rates are available at checkout.

How can I make sure that I get my gift in time for Christmas, someone’s birthday, Father’s Day, an anniversary, etc?

We can never guarantee the exact date and time of delivery.
If you’d like something to ship sooner or later than the date you see in your order confirmation receipt, which has been emailed to you, just reach out as soon as you placed your order and we’d be happy to get that set up for you!
